Hi — I'm Tom, the founder of Enerio. I built it after years of going through the same loop: feeling drained for weeks, only realising too late which routines, meetings, and relationships had been quietly costing me. I wanted a way to see it as it was happening, not in hindsight.
Enerio is the tool I wished existed. Quick to log, calm to use, private by default — and built to actually answer the question “what keeps doing this to me?”

Enerio is a personal energy tracking app designed to help you track, understand, and improve how you spend your daily energy. In a world full of obligations, distractions, and endless choices, Enerio gives you clarity about what actually helps you function well — and what slowly wears you down.
By logging activities that charge (energise) or drain (deplete) you, Enerio builds a personalised picture of your energy patterns. It combines fast daily tracking with AI-powered reflection to help you notice hidden patterns and make more sustainable choices.

Not sure if something is a charger or drainer? Switch to Auto and let the AI classify it for you.
Voice input
Speak your entry instead of typing. Tap the microphone and describe what you did.

Choose from 9 categories (Work/Productivity, Emotional/Social, Body/Lifestyle, etc.) and add descriptions.
